中国 is on track to lift its annual production of crude steel to the highest level for any nation in world history, following the launch of stimulus policies by Beijing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
中国’根据冶炼工业规划研究院（Smelting Industrial Planning Research Institute）12月21日发布的数据，2020年1月至2020年11月的粗钢产量为9.616亿吨，同比增长5.5％。
The Institute forecasts that 中国’到2020年，粗钢产量将达到10.5亿吨，占全球产量的60％。
“中国将成为全球历史上第一个粗钢产量超过10亿吨的国家，”研究所党委书记，总工程师李新创说。
Li said that 中国’由于COVID-19大流行期间北京方面采取了积极的财政政策，到2020年，下游钢铁消费的建筑，机械，能源和其他主要行业均出现强劲增长。
因此，研究所还预测到2020年中国钢铁需求将增加近1亿吨。
