中国渤海 Bank has just launched its first branch outside of mainland China, amidst efforts to expand its operations less than six months following its Hong Kong listing.
中国渤海’的香港分行于12月18日正式开业，标志着贷方成立’的第一个离岸分支机构，标志着其海外扩张战略的开始。
The move comes after the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) granted 中国渤海 Bank a banking license on 6 August, to upgrade its representative office into a full branch.
在香港上市的中国渤海银行总部位于天津，并获得在中国境内运营的执照。这家区域性贷款公司于7月份通过在香港上市筹集了17.8亿美元，而MSCI则在11月11日宣布将其H股纳入MSCI中国指数。
渤海银行香港分行是其第34层一级分支机构，也是其首个离岸分支机构。截至11月底，该贷方还在中国境内运营着31个二级分支机构，128个区域分支机构和41个社区微型分支机构。
